How do i lower my XB9R? i know i can get an Adjustable rear shock, but how do i lower the front?

Will the springs from the xb12cg fit?

Two ways, an internal fork lowering kit or move the forks up in the triple tree's.

movin the forks up in the trees....BAD IDEA....to do that you will have to remove that safety clip that is arpound the fork tube below the tree which keeps the forks from raising up in the even something goes wrong......try strapping the front end or either an internal modification!
