I have a 2005 Blast carb problem, the rubber manifold cracked caused a no start younger son was on bike on the road and some wizard friends had carb apart thought carb had dirt in it I found the manifold problem and replaced and now all it does is idle no acceleration ?

Is the butterfly opening when you twist the throttle?

Yes all is operational I am wondering about the electronic position sensor and the electronic controlled needle both mounted on side of carb. I am a mechanic proffessionally so the obvious has been checked just not used to carburated engines that was way back----
