Good morning, afternoon, night depending on your local. It's been a long time 25yrs) since I've owned a cycle. I have riden with friends who own more than one, two, or four bikes (Bob has a real stable of scoots). I've watched nine years of Bike Weeks (I live near Daytona) come and go while I sat on the sidelines. Kids in college, mortgages, car payments, job demands, you get the picture I'm sure.
Well, now I am make a serious effort of being an owner, again. I intend on riding my commute. I have several Buel 12s in mind. They range from 2000 to 2006, M2s, firebolts and lightnings. There's one in particular at the top of my short list; an 2002 M2.
I would appreciate some insight into some of the short comings of M2s. There are reams of info on the positive attributes: go fast, tight corners, the Brotherhood of HD.
