I just put a new crankshaft in my bike, and after I put everything back together the bike is having trouble fully turning over. At first I thought it was simply the battery cause it had been sitting all winter long, so I got a new one and it still acts like there isn't enough juice to turn it over. So now i'm kinda stuck and need some help before i start tearing into things. I'm not sure if the starter motor is bad, or maybe the timing is off (even though i'm almost 100% sure everything is time correctly). Also, i dont know if since i had to drain the oil to split the cases, and when i got everything together and put oil in it the oil is just sitting at the bottom, if that will cause it to turn over hard, because i have metal rubbing against each other. if this is the case, is there a trick to getting oil in the cylinders, etc. If anyone has any insight to this problem please share.
