My Mistress

She rides like a wild Mustang
Rumbling, shaking, and growling, acting anxious to go, up to 2000 rpm, above which it smoothes out quick and the power pours on. Then it will pull you hard as you twist your right hand above 4K rpm
I'm a camping fool, that loves to ride, and this bike is the perfect moto-camping machine for me.

Run Super grippy Dunlop or Michelin all weather tires so it can handle all road conditions

Dedicated third trip odometer, for miles run on low fuel.

This baby has taken me all over. Carrying a full load while being able to blast past law abiding drivers.

You gotta back off while accelerating in 1st or 2nd if you want to keep the front wheel down.

What to say....Put on 26,000 miles the first year, and this year is keeping up at the same pace. Got her new in 10/09. From 110 deg. F near Quincy, CA to 31 deg. F coming out at the East side of the Eisenhower Tunnel in Colorado in a blizzard.
Never been down...keep our fingers crossed
Now the bad - Been in for Warranty work 5 times in only 17 months. I won't go into that.....use your imagination

I'm new to forums, blogs, posts, threads, etc.. Once I'm told though, I'll figure it out and never need to ask again.

So, where do I post my BOTM entry?
How do members vote?
The far right side of the page show 7 threads and 6 posts, for the BOTM....

Where do I find them?

as you can see, I posted my 08 Uly, somewhere.....but I don't see any other posts? threads? entries.

Please take a minutes to explain the diff. of thread, and post. and what the quote and multi quote functions are for, Examples of all the major basic functions of the Forum, as I mentioned some, would be Fantastic!!!!
