my 1125r wont start fixed

Well i finally got it fixed.i gues when they designed or rather didnt design the buell 1125 they forgot to take into account the bars turn so the ignition wire pull till they come out . Hense bike wont start cost 300 to add wire to the harness . What a rip off harley is like gm dont stand by the product they build sad . And we complain about chinesevproducts

Wow thats sucks. well at least you got it fixed now right. It was just ignition wire and costed $300 big ones.

Do you have any pics of your 1125r?

That was a rip off for sure. It sucks that we have to pay for when Buell messes up, it's not even something we have control over that took our negligence to mess up. At least it's fixed and you can get back to riding!

Also requesting pic's of your Buell

I know some bike makers give just enough length of cable for it to do it's job, sometimes never any extra slack.

not for anything but hes criticizing the original design because he's changing it. How difficult would it of been to just splice in an extension of the wire you need? use a little heat shrink and you're GOLD

heat shrink is definitely the way to go, just cant twist the wires together and call it a day

I agree, 300 for a splice job is larceny. Its not exactly complicated....

Used to have an XB I sold back in May, fling around a 90 GSXR on the weekends like so...

I know I love em and the chunky fairing, got rid of a GPZ900R for it about 15 years back...
