Cool Slow battery drain

I have an XB12R and if I don't ride it for a week the battery drains and it won't start. I've tried a new battery and it does the same thing again. I've checked with a volt meter and it shows a 0.003 volt drain but I wouldn't think that was enough to kill the battery. When I can ride it regularly it's not a problem, so I'm assuming the charging system is ok. Is there anyone else out there had this problem or something similar. I live 4 hours from a dealer and last time they said the battery was stuffed, but I'm on my third battery now and a trickle feed charger, but I'd still like to know what the problem is if anyone can help please.

You connect the second battery and same problem not start. Then first I would like to suggest you that whenever after some days when you start the vehicle start by kick. And the problem which you faced is due to engine problem. So check the engine at dealership. And you should not change 3 battery because one battery is warranty of 4years.
