Clutch problems - need tools

I replaced the clutch cable ~ 15k miles, and may have overtightened the primary chain because the manual I got wasn't accurate as to which screw was 1/4 turn back, and which was 3/4 turn back. A couple weeks later I had 2to re-tighten the cable, and the 2ndary belt broke. Now the hub prongs and primary chain hit the primary chain cover when I start to let out the clutch lever. I'm wanting to replace the clutch plates if they're bad, but I need tool "hd-38515-a" and "hd-38515-91" and "hd-38362". Barnett sells an aftermarket tool for "hd-38515-a", but I don't know if that is for both parts or not. Anyone else dealing with these problems?
