Buell Blast trouble.. dies and won't start.

I picked up a Blast a couple days ago as my first bike. I drove it home from Chicago (about 70 miles) with no problems. Rode around briefly for the last two days with no issues. Then last night, I got on, rode 2 miles to my friend's house, and shut it off, smoked a cig, shot the shit for 10 minutes, and then tried to leave, but the bike wouldn't start. I kept trying to start it, and it fired up for about 10 seconds and died. I thought maybe it was flooded as i was smelling fuel, so I let it sit about an hour. Went back out and it fired right up and I drove it about 15 miles. Today, I went out to start it up, and it started fine. I got about 300 feet down the road, shifted into second and it died and wouldn't start.. It smells flooded again. Any ideas what's going on?

Remove the Carburetor, and you will probly find a torn rubber boot, on the engine side of the intake manifold. It may be hard to see so look really close, or just take it off and inspect it.
