hey rev have you tried contacting buell or a buell/harley service center?

Pulled from the Buell website:
Quote:
For routine service or warranty work under the conditions of the Harley-Davidson, Inc. backed 24-month/unlimited miles limited warranty you may visit an authorized Buell Service Provider. Authorized Buell Service Providers will also be able to assist you with replacement parts and owner’s and service manuals. To obtain the name and location of your nearest authorized Buell Service Provider click on the service provider link below.
thats likely your best bet, theres quite the lack of buell community support..

I thought harley dealers would not want to sell your a service manual or at least not have them available so you get your bike serviced with them. I bet manuals can be found on ebay
